About Me

My career and personal development have been rich, deep, and diverse layering one experience after another. I began my professional career working within the marketing and sales infrastructure at a large pharmaceutical company, where I continued in the industry as

a Learning and Development Professional with a focus on Leadership Development.

Throughout my corporate career, one of my greatest joys was helping others grow and develop both personally and professionally. This led me to pursue a career change that would allow me to combine my passion for learning and development with my faith and spirituality. I

enrolled in Moravian Theological Seminary and graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction.

In addition to private practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at Moravian Theological Seminary in both the Spiritual Direction Training Program and the Counseling Program. Additionally, I am the Assistant Director of the Counseling Center at DeSales University where I provide counseling to college students. I am also an adjunct faculty in the Adult Studies program at DeSales and teach a class on the relationship between Psychology and Spirituality.  In each of these roles, it is my sincere desire to provide a safe, supportive environment that fosters collaboration, inspires authenticity, and cultivates growth that results in improved well-being and quality of life.
